Ona bowery leather bag care review9/3/2023 I won't be trying that again, but I can attest to the fact that it does what it needs to do! The bag doesn't look any worse for wear, either. The bag was maybe a couple feet from the ground, and everything inside was 100% fine. In one of my dumber "tired mom" moments, I hung the bag from the back of our stroller, and when my toddler got out, the stroller fell backward. The padding is appropriate, and my gear is quite safe from bumps and scrapes. This is important to me, since I have a toddler, and "fast" is the name of the game. The buckle has never unlatched itself, but it's easy to unbuckle, and my gear is easily accessible from there. Since it's a smaller bag, it's not heavy, but it is sturdy and does add a little weight. The leather strap is quite comfortable, and the bag still looks pretty new after almost a year. If you have a couple prime lenses, one would fit in one side with the other attached to the camera. If you have a telephoto lens you need to carry, this isn't for you. If your camera is longer (from side to side) than the 6D Mark II and you plan to have a lens attached while it's in the bag, I don't think the bag will close. I could put in some extra SD cards in the pockets easily, and maybe a few other small/flat things, but I really don't like to travel with much. I usually have a battery charger in there and a cord, and I can also fit my iPhone and lip balm, but that's about it. Honestly, the camera is on the very edge of being able to fit, but I can still buckle the bag without any bulge. The lens is relatively large (obviously not as large as a telephoto zoom, but significantly larger than most prime lenses). The camera isn't the biggest one out there, but it's not small, either. I generally travel with my Canon 6D Mark II with my EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM attached. I should talk about the size for a moment, since it was a big factor for me when I bought my bag. It's gorgeous, but I love that it doesn't scream "I'm a camera bag with expensive equipment inside!" It's well made, as I would expect for the price. First things first: I'm a hobbyist, and I wanted something on the smaller side that I can easily travel with.
