I provided a letter from my doctor of Chiropractor and was told it needed to be a medical doctor. I suffered a back injury in early January and started on a 12 week chiropractor treatment to fix a misaligned disc and pinched nerve.Under VA State Law, I requested a refund for the remainder of my prepaid 6month membership.
